As a recreation management major and fitness enthusiast I have always had a genuine love for life. I'm passionate about mental health, food that loves me back, and spending time with my family & friends. Exploring this amazing world we live in however, may be my all time favorite thing to do!

I am a wife and a mother of two boys, and these three are my everything. Travel is one way that we have created meaningful connection in our family!
