Rise and shine ... It’s breakfast time! And I can think of nothing better than a traditional French crepe! My older brother Casey, served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Paris and brought back this crepe recipe with him. This is the real deal you guys! Don’t thank me, let’s all thank the French! 😉 🇫🇷 This recipe can easily be halved! - 3 cups flour - 8 eggs - 4 cups skim milk - 3/4 cup sugar - 3 Tbsp oil - 3 Tbsp vanilla Mix all ingredients together and let sit for half an hour before cooking in a crepe pan. If using a 1/3 cup measurement it will make about 24 crepes. Calories per crepe: 134 F:3.5 C:20.2 P:5
