Ham and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Leafy greens! I like to try and get in some leafy greens in ways that I enjoy such as adding them to a sandwich, salad or soup! Sometimes I'll add them to a smoothie but, if I'm being honest, the green color just kind of grosses me out. I'm working on getting past that since it's such an easy and convent way to sneak in some greens, but until then, I topped off this breakfast sandwich with some spinach and it snuck in without adjusting the taste to my sandwich. - 1 English Muffin, toasted - 1 slice pepper jack cheese - 3 egg whites, cooked - 1 handful of spinach

- 1.5 oz boars-head maple glazed ham, browned on the stove top. You can find this at the deli counter.

Assemble and eat! Calories: 333 Carbs: 28 Fat:8 Protein:30

I mean, really! Does it get more macro friendly than that?!
