Anytime I can get dinner done by adding everything to one sheet and sticking it in the over I am a happy woman! I took one of my favorite fish and added it with two of my favorite veggies for this one and done meal.
Oven Roasted Tilapia with Veggies
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 Package small red potatoes
- 4 Medium Tilapia Fillets
- 1 Large Bundle Asparagus
1. Set oven to 400 degrees.
2. Prepare veggies by rinsing potatoes and asparagus and then cutting potatoes in half.
3. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet and cover with tsp. olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, steak seasoning, and lawny's seasoning salt.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Add tilapia fillets and asparagus into the pan with the potatoes, cover with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake for an additional 25 minuets.
