You guys, this is AMAZING!!!! The oatmeal is warm, the mango is sweet, the nuts crunch and the coconut makes you think you could be sitting on a beach in the Caribbean. Please, try this recipe, it is so good!
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Old Fashion Oats
1/4 Cup Oat Bran
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup (70g) Peeled Mango
8 large (14g) Cashews
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened coconut flakes
In a large bowl combine water, salt, oatmeal and oat bran. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Continue to microwave in 30 second intervals until thickened. Top with mango, cashews and coconut.
