2 cartons Swansons chicken broth
1 box barilla penne pasta

1 1/2 cups apple cider (look for the brown murky kind, a good brand to look for Simply Apple)
1 small container apple cider vinegar (again, get the murky kind)
1 (14 oz) can evaporated milk
