Sunday: Slow Cooker Chicken Cassoulet (When I make this I omit the sun dried tomatoes and the parsley. If you want to keep these you'll need to add them to your grocery list.)



Beef and Broccoli

Grocery List


Produce:

4 white onions

1 head of broccoli

2 garlic heads

1 small bag of shredded carrots

3 bell peppers

2 zucchini

2 limes

1 stalk celery

3-4 large carrots


Fresh Herbs & Cheeses:

Fresh Basil


Meats:

2 (1lb) hamburger, 93% lean

1 rotisserie chicken

1 lb. flank steak

3-4 los chicken breast


Spices:

garlic salt

cumin

chili powder

thyme


From the Grocery Section:

12 flour tortillas

honey

1 (14oz) cans beef broth

5 cups chicken stock

2 cans cream of celery

1 (14oz) can light red kidney beans

2 cans mild rotel

3 (8oz) cans tomato sauce

2 large cans green enchilada sauce

2 (4oz) cans diced green chiles

1 small container soy sauce

white or brown rice, whichever you prefer

olive oil

corn starch

cocoa powder

2 tbsp sugar

4 cups tomato juice


Dairy:

greek yogurt cream cheese (I ended up using regular cream cheese since I couldn't find the Greek yogurt kind at walk mart and I didn't feel like running to another store.)

2-3 cups Mexican cheese blend

heavy cream


From the Freezer Section:

1 bag of corn
